Prime position on your Ipod?

I have casted my votes so if it's wrong no doubt you will continue to FB-abuse me

It also win the very coveted spot of most popular UK BNL Song, what more can a song want.

I will check what you've done and abuse may follow

Maybe we should try and get the Final 4 songs played at various gigs

Sorry Lovers... I just have too many fond memories and feelings associated with Old Apartment.

Also think it'd be a bit weird if a cover won when it's a BNL song tournament. It felt a bit weird having all the covers in the mix for the b-sides round - Lovers... is very much an exception, I know, as it's a fantastic version, but I think original BNL songs should be the winners!

I think that's the musician in me, wanting to cheer on original music..

To be fair Katie...........I think your right about the covers issue myself and I can very much see that point of view.

With Lovers it was the minute I heard the song I loved it, took me a while to find out it was a cover, I dont mind it going out really just want it to go for something worthy........i never had the feelings bout old apartment myself but can see alot do........was hoping it would go up against For You cause thats a hard choice even for me :)

It's gorgeous and the video is always in my mind when I hear it! I didn't know it was a cover for a while, either, as I think BNL's version is more famous now, so I definitely wouldn't want it left out of the running.

For You is one of my favourites too, definitely.. such a good song. Can't wait for the shows..

Kat

Some stats for you.

All 4 #1 seed songs survive, the song punching above it's weight the most is #15 You Will Be Waiting.

Breakdown by Album

GORDON - 2 songs left
MYSD - 2 songs left
BOAPS - 4 songs left
STUNT - 3 songs left
MAROON - 3 songs left
E2E - 1 song left
AIGT - 1 song left

Amazing that the unfancied album BOAPS has the most songs left in, maybe ROCK SPETACLE has something to do with that.

Voting wise here are the top 5 songs with the total votes so far

When I Fall - 49
Pinch Me - 47
Some Fantastic - 47
Break Your Heart - 45
Call & Answer - 45

I like stats :ugeek: :ugeek:
