Any Brothers Creeggan fans out there?

BC are a fantastic band and highly recommended by BNL:UK.

On the 2004 UK tour, Jim bought a load of discs over with him and gathered quite some interest in the band.

Again, as a similar idea to Thin Buckle - the Brothers sure would make a great support act for the next BNL tour.

If anyone wants to get started with Brothers Creeggan then I highly recommend the albums "Trunks" and "Sleepyhead".

Brilliant stuff.

Jazz. Nice...

I'm a huge BC fan! The early albums are a lot more experimental & very Jazz orientated, & although I'm not a big fan of Jazz in general, as a Double Bass player I absolutely love hearing Jim's playing in a different light to BNL.

Sleepyhead is certainly my favourite album, tunes like 'Grey' & 'A Vote for Beauty' are simply fantastic! I'm lucky enough to have my Sleepyhead album sleeve signed by both Andy & Jim. Currently framed on the bedroom wall!

They're all available on amazon.co.uk, very cheap too if you use the marketplace. I recommend "Trunks". Great album!

I love them. The music is just so relaxing, and so different.

I love Brothers Creeggan. My old handle was AnnaOnTheMoon (and still is on Twitter, LJ, and .net).
